In Melbourne’s Collingwood neighbourhood, doors open to a new design gallery by Fiona Lynch. Work Shop explores creative dualism with experimental works from Australian and international artists and artisans. The opening exhibition, entitled ‘Ideas to Intuition’, showcases Lynch’s own original designs, plus pieces by New York-based lighting designer Mary Wallis; Australian sculptor Makiko Ryujin; painter Jiaxin Nong and British porcelain artist Olivia Walker, all set against the walls that are brusquely saturated with a velvety chocolate lime wash.
