Tough one today, especially on the hands ?? but I love this workout!
Reps go up, weight goes down! 40 seconds rest between each set. I went 155kg, 105kg, 65kg (the bar is 35kg)
Jumps in the last set add an extra intensity.
2 minute rest and repeat for 4 rounds.
