Over the past couple of days I have experienced the magic, the rituals and the ceremonies of what this day means to the Hindu Balinese culture. ✨

Here, Balinese come together for Melasti a beautiful purification ceremony and ritual by the beach. Melasti was meant as the ritual to cleanse the world and yourself from the filth of sin and bad karma, through the symbolic act of acquiring the Tirta Amerta, “the water of life”. ✨??
