AD | Time to switch up my brekkie game with the first signs of Spring. Porridge is out and it’s in with my Green belVita breakfast bowl with a crunchy @belVitaUK biscuit and fruit topping. A great way to start your day as part of a varied breakfast. Recipe below ?

Green belVita Breakfast bowl
Serves 2

250ml runny yoghurt
100g frozen spinach
1 avocado, ripe, destoned and peeled
2 ripe bananas, peeled

Garnish
4 x belVita Milk and Cereals Breakfast Biscuits
Handful chopped mango
Handful of coconut flakes
Blitz the runny yoghurt, frozen spinach, avocado and banana until you have a smooth consistency. Divide between two bowls, crumble the Belvita biscuits on top and garnish with chopped mango and coconut flakes. Eat immediately.
