At the final, I was frozen that the middle sequence was completely different from my image...so I didn’t remember how I solve it but for sure I had my strong will.

This year, I felt the pressure by growth of youth generation becoming higher level year by year. At the same time it stimulates me as a mental training.🥺⚡️

After finishing 3 national comps, I feel relieved to stand on all the podium.

My skill is incomplete and unstable, so I will brush up more to change my anxiety to confidence!!!

リードJAPANCUP、優勝を狙って優勝👑素直に嬉しいです‼️✨決勝では、中間部のムーブがイメージと違い過ぎて頭がフリーズ...そこからはあまり覚えてませんが、勝ちたいという強い気持ちだけはありました。*

今年は例年にも増してユース世代の成長を感じ、その押し上げを感じながら登るプレッシャーは本当に刺激的で、いつもメンタル修行させてもらってます🥺⚡️*

国内大会3種目を終えて、ボルダー2位、スピード3位、リード1位と全種目で表彰台に乗れて良かったです🥇🥈🥉まだまだ全部が中途半端で不安だらけ。少しずつ不安を自信に変えていけるよう、また頑張ります‼️*
