#VanGogh lived in England as a young man for several crucial years. He walked the streets alone, dreaming of the future and falling in love with British culture.
The artist's upcoming exhibition at Tate Britain brings together some of his most famous works from around the world, as well as works that inspired his career, and work by artists who were inspired by him — including Francis Bacon and David Bomberg. The exhibition shows how Van Gogh's vision set British artists on the road to modern art.
