just found this video from May 16th, 2018, and wanted to share the story behind #LMLYHM: (explicit version, move right along if you’re not into that 😘)
I was up in the middle of the night, ad libbing at the top of my lungs to a song by @hermusicofficial. I ended up freestyling this verse over one of her tracks, and decided to stop, run to my guitar, change the chord progression, and record it as an actual verse. Never dreamed I’d actually put it out (hence the steamy topic and expletive) but here we are. This was my 3am imagination running wild, in its purest creative form, that created the basis for what I eventually wrote into the full song you guys know. (Link in bio to stream/buy if you haven’t heard it yet... go compare and tell me which version you like more!)

PS: if I did an acoustic version, would you want to hear the explicit version or the clean version? And would you want to hear me play it on piano like the released track, or on guitar with this original chord structure?
