Place wet tissue lid on the fur pouch and mark the hole with marker. Remove the lid and cut along the marked line including the lining part. 2. Coat the cut edges with top coat to prevent fraying. 3. Adhere the outer material and lining with glue gun. 4. Remove the sticker on the back of the lid and stick to the pouch with glue gun. 5. Cut the balloon's mouth a little, put it in the small bottle and spread the mouth. Put the slime in an appropriate amount. Fold the end of the balloon and stick it on the lid with glue gun. 6.
