Use a pasteur pipette to pipe in the blue resin into a glass globe, let harden. 2. Pipe in blue resin to make a sea bed, let harden. 3. Pipe in the blue resin to make a sea level. 4. Add glitters and color films then decorate golden beads, star and gear-shaped, let it sit to harden. 5. Make a drop of resin then stick another gear-shaped flakes to it, let it sit to harden. 6. Add opal powder(blue) into the globe. Add in the gear-shaped flakes in it. 7. Blush resin over the flakes to make it harden. 8. Add the water, the flakes and glitters in it then seal it with the caps. 9.
