Road to rehab is getting my ass up and moving. Nothing strenuous just something to get the blood flowing. Let’s see what the next couple of days bring. Determined to make #toronto. Got a plethora of meds and CBD oil to help with everything. One thing I have accepted that sometimes you don’t have control over everything. Sometimes, it is what it is and you just have to deal with whatever it is and the choices you have to make accordingly. It will all work out in the long run and you come out stronger. Thankfully it’s nothing sinister. Just debilitating. For now. So.. today... slow uphill walk and some @mayansfx to watch. #fitness #rehab #gymshark #menshealth
