I have joined sushi-making lessons a few times but this is the only time I really learnt something super valuable from Sushi Master Namba Yasuo from Kidoairaku (喜怒哀楽), Okayama City! ???He thought me the real way of making nigiri sushi, and even how to hold chopsticks or eat sushi with your hand the right way, so that I can impress all the sushi taisho when I go for my next omakase ?. I uploaded a series of video of his God-level sushi decoration and my sushi making experience on IG TV (still don’t know how to use that stuff), do watch if you are interested! ^ - ^

Also, can you believe it?!? The whole Nigiri Sushi experience + certificate + sushi decoration demonstration + lunch (8 pieces of sushi, vegetable cheese mushi, tempura and soup), is only ¥3500?!?! They also cater halal menu so please request upon reservation ^^
