On my walk home from @outletpdx today I was listening to the @altucher podcast in his interview with @garygulman. His experience with depression resonated with me so much in my journey to understand what my mental illness does to me when it’s not being treated. It’s an experience I wouldn’t wish on anyone other than to know the reality we live. It’s helpful to hear each other’s stories to feel a sense that we’re not the only ones living through this...and that we’re not broken. Thanks Gary for your candor and vulnerability in shining a light on this dark place that many of us find ourselves in.
