In 1983, the ‘Credo’ card was put together by 5 hoteliers as they thought, “what sort of place should The Ritz-Carlton be, for both staff and guests. And what should we do, to make that happen.” The answers were put together on a small card. ‘Credo’ ‘Motto’ ‘Service Values’ ‘Three Steps of service’ and ‘Employee promise’. Now, these gold standards are followed by all ladies and gentlemen of the world, including Osaka, to welcome you, as we hold our ‘Credo’ in our pockets.
