I am in love with this @babaramdass @eastforest magic. Also, that sparkling white sofa thing in the background? I painted that! On my own! I can do things I never thought I could, like complete a triathlon and go to the hardware store and buy paint and actually complete a task I’ve told myself “only handy people can do” for years. These aren’t big things, I know. There are harder things in life than painting a slab of concrete. But still. We confine ourselves to these tiny spaces of who we think we are. What if I’m actually handy? What if I can swim, and ride a bike? What if I apply this expansion of who I think I am to bigger things? What if... I’m not doubtful and anxious, but I exist here on this planet in total trust? What if I’m not controlling, but a super easygoing person? What if I’m not type A, but relaxed and creative? What if there is an artist, deep inside me? ⁣

I’m questioning all the things I once decided I am. All the things I’ve told myself are not for me. ⁣
Maybe every day is a chance to do something you never thought you could. Be someone you never thought you’d be. Finish something you never thought you could complete. ⁣

Maybe we start by loving our dark thoughts. x
