Who’s a fan of MEE CHIANG KUEH? ?‍♀️ Spotted the new @ahlocknco selling hakka tofu bowls but I was more attracted to their mee chiang kueh that came in less conventional combinations such as matcha x red bean and charcoal x peanuts. I’m biased towards all things crisp so this easily won half the battle with a thinner dough and UFO-like wings (I asked for the corner piece). Filled with generous grated coconuts, this pancake has an interesting mochi-like chewy texture and costs only $1.60! Now I’m craving for the peanuts already
