It’s been a rough week for Tesla.

Earlier this week, the company discontinued the cheapest versions of its Model S sedans and Model X SUVs. Musk added that Tesla would be ditching its customer referral program.

Now, Tesla is cutting its full-time staff headcount by about 7%. While the exact number of job cuts have not been disclosed, estimates are pointing to about 3,150 layoffs.

Shares have fallen about 10% since the job cuts came to light.
