Great little circuit that you can do at home with a kettlebell...(we used 6kg)

40 seconds on, 20 seconds off. Rest for 1 min then repeat. THREE TO FIVE ROUNDS! .
2 x swing to Hop + Clean
Racked Lunge with Overhead Press (left)
Single Arm Swing (right)

Racked Reverse Lunge with Overhead Press (right)
Single Arm Swing (left) .
Keep you weight in your heels and SNAP DEM HIPS! Use your core to stop yourself leaning back too much at the top of the swing. Think about squeezing the glutes in the lunges and the swing (mind/body connection actually proven to stimulate more muscle fibre activation) .
