Not going to lie - it’s been tough to work over Christmas and New Years, dedicating hours a day on digital devices doesn’t come naturally to me. Nothing about transformation is easy, but it’s incredibly fun and I have been developing a daily meditation practice to destress, clear my mind, and focus. Suddenly I need it!
