Small but packed a bomb. These seasonal savoury tartlets are smaller than the size of my palm but turned out wonderfully delish with some quirky treatments of the ingredients tucked in buttery crust.{sweet peas vs cauliflower smoked egg plant purée NT220} ordered several dishes that night but this became one of our fav top 3 dishes. Won’t mind if they can upsize this •
