Happy birthday @island.yoga !!!? Our studio is 2 years old today! This first photo was from our opening day January 1, 2017. I was 7 months pregnant and @orothschild had a secret bun in the oven and Dennis and I had spent the past year moving mountains to get the studio built. Look at the before and after pictures!? Sometimes I forget about the energy I’ve poured into my dreams. Creating the vortex of love that is this studio took more effort than anything I’ve ever done... And now, here we are. Thousands of people have passed through our doors over the past two years; classes, workshops, retreats, teacher trainings... So many intentions set, friendships made. So much healing found. Celebrating anniversaries and milestones is so important! Thank you, everyone for practicing with us. For believing in us. In me. Come visit us this year! Come practice.
