I’m often asked: to whom do you give your charitable donations? Each year is different, for example: this year the midterm elections were of paramount importance, so approximately 50% of my donations went to democratic candidates(who all have great records on animal issues, don’t forget: legislation changes the world), and political orgs like @emilys_list @dscc @dccc @swingleft and others. I also donated close to $500,000(combining my money with profits from @littlepinerestaurant )to @physicianscommittee @int.anti.poaching.foundation @animalequality @humanesociety (specifically the legislative fund) @animallegaldefensefund among others. I’m happy to be as open and transparent as is legally possible. Also the year isn’t over and I plan on sitting down at my computer and sending out a few more donations before Jan 1. Thanks, Moby
