These are the supplements I take when I indulge or eat foods I typically don’t eat on a daily basis. For me these include dairy, gluten, alcohol, and sugar.

✅ Digestive enzymes- reduce bloating and break down food to make it more easily digestible.
✅ Apple cider vinegar/ probiotics for gut health- Usually when we overdo it on the sugar and alcohol it causes an overgrowth of bad bacteria in our systems so we need to re-balance that with the good!
✅ Activated charcoal- this grabs onto toxins, aleviates gas and bloating, digestive cleanse, treats alcohol poisoning & prevents hangovers.
✅ Dandelion- (I use tea) for liver support.
