The birth of the movement is the breath... the body follows... the mind follows the breath... no need to “quiet the mind” no need to be “battling against your mind” ... the mind is beautiful, the mind serves the body... the mind is very useful.. why try to annihilate her?... beautiful thing I’ve learn in just two days with the kind and incredibly inspiring @markwhitwell ... we can ... listen to this... so simple yet so terribly powerful ?... we can direct our CONSCIOUSNESS ... BY CHOICE, not restrain.. to our BREATH ... then comes movement enveloped by the breath... and there you have it... Yoga... the asana serves the breath... no need to fight ... inhale—receive... Exhale—give away...
The body and the mind in perfect harmony... so much beauty.... this is Yoga and is of the most undeniable beauty..
