Thinking of what I should eat next ??
Working from home and being a lazy potato had me gain quite a bit weight over the past 2 years.
Of course living in Japan with a unhealthy beauty image of being skinny like a bone, sometimes it makes me hate my body. Being an M size in Europe it hurts to suddenly be an XL (according to Japan size. Yeah I got a big butt) ?
But you know what? I enjoy eating way too much as I could torment myself into a diet or such. If I’m sad or stressed I will eat a bag of chips, chocolate and Haribo gums at once??‍♀️ as long as I still balance it out and eat healthy otherwise.. why stress myself to get a body I feel unhappy to keep up?
Kimono being a straight silhouette sometimes makes me look very fat. But posing and angles totally do the trick ?
That being said - I can’t wait to get back to Germany this month and EAT ALL THE THINGSSSS!! ?? How about you? Are you eating your feelings sometimes? Or are you very disciplined and treasure a banging body over food? ???
