I always start my day with chocolate?
I don’t eat much in the mornings because food so early in the day makes me feel heavy and sluggish.
Chocolate is perfect because it’s a great source of energy to get my system fired up, and it releases all these happy chemicals in my brain and makes me feel ??? first thing in the morning!
Now you know my little secret on how to wake up with a smile :)
