Self-care Sunday... doesn’t require a sheet mask I guess. ?‍♀️ sitting here tonight exploring a new kind of self care— one I’ve heard about but never tried before which is allowing myself to feel proud. I was thinking about my journey and how unlikely a candidate I am to be doing what I’m doing. One day I’ll explain the 20 years of peaks and valleys of how KEH came to be, but for now I feel lucky to look at pictures like this and think about far I’ve come and how far I still have to go.
