To my friends in Australia... I wanted to take a minute to address your questions all at once. I’ve been doing my best to manage your DMs + comments about when KEH will finally arrive and I’m getting behind, so here’s the story... I literally have no idea. I’m in the dark at this point as much as you are. Originally I was told we’d launch in late October at all Priceline stores. So exciting ? I flew to AU to do an event and a press day and communicated that date the whole time. Then I was told there was slight delay due to customs or something. ?‍♀️ No worries, it happens. I shared that delay with you. Once that date passed with no launch or update and you told me you couldn’t get answers, I asked everyone on my team, who asked our distributors, who asked Priceline. I was told it was moving again, this time to mid November BUT to be super-safe I should announce a November 25 launch date just so the product had time to reach all stores first. So I communicated that. November 25th has now come and gone and I’m getting word from you guys that it’s still not available, that no one in-store knows what is going on and that no one will respond to you on social media about a date.
First and foremost I am sorry. This shouldn’t be happening. I’ve always worked hard to be a great, accommodating, communicative partner and I expect the same from everyone we do business with. Second, KEH is a customer-first brand so I will always be up front while trying to be as professional as possible. When stuff like this goes on for too long (and this does happen to every brand), I’m not above jumping on IG to discuss. Lastly, I fell in love with Priceline and everything they represent as a company, still feel the same way, but at the end of the day I have no answers for you and it’s equally frustrating for me since you and I ALWAYS talk. My sincerest apologies to all you sweet Aussies who have set your alarms, reset your alarms and shared your excitement and anticipation for KEH in AU. I am genuinely sorry for disappointing you. As soon as I have any details they will be right here. ??
