Now that was an amazing meal! Here @sabor_ldn you’ll see chef @nieves_barragan1 running up and down the first and second floor checking in on every table, with small dishes and jamon by the bar, fresh seafood on the plancha, and the most tender suckling pig in the asador oven. And most importantly it was a chance to share the feast to celebrate the holidays early with @felicityspector and @clerkenwellboyec1 - merci everyone! (And here’s what I ate: pulpo a la Gallega, octopus empanada, tongue carpaccio, and fried pigs ears.)
