Writing, writing, writing… maybe books, maybe for digital platforms, maybe for the back of cereal boxes. I don’t know where it will end up, but that doesn’t actually matter right now. ⠀

What matters is that sometimes I have to lock myself away, sometimes for a few hours, sometimes for a few days, I have been known to do it for a few weeks. On a good day writing feels like a recharge, as if an electrical socket has plugged into my soul; ideas just appear out of the silence and I physically feel sparks flicker in my mind, often not being able to type quick enough to keep up with the phosphorus. ⠀
On a bad day, it feels like root canal. ⠀

Here is where I wrote from this afternoon. Today was a good day. ⠀

Much of my writing has happened in a @Byron_Beach_Abodes property. My talented friend @TaliahLowry has created and curated truly incredible spaces that capture equal amounts of energy and calm, and as a creative, there is no better combination to bring what is in the mind into existence. the simplicity of watching this curtain in the wind today felt like being front row at a grand ballet performance, and I thought it was beautiful. - SWx⠀
