“You would be surprised how many egg puns you can come up with,” says Michele Baldini Kamborian (@the_eggshibit) from Texcoco, Mexico, who started transforming fried eggs into art four years ago. ? “I might see something throughout the day that inspires me and wonder what it would look like made out of fried egg,” says the 21-year-old, who is currently studying to become a doctor. “I’ll play it out in my mind or sketch it out on paper, if necessary, then I’ll get cracking.” After taking a photo of his creations, which on average use two to three eggs, Michele doesn’t let his edible art go to waste: “When I am at home, my family helps me by eating some.
