The final brew capped with Genmai, emanating such pleasant toasty aroma that almost made me forgot the fact that I came here for sencha. The hand-dripped tea tasting set from @tokyosaryo allows you to compare between two senchas which you can choose from the scientific-like menu and served with a sweet snack. For the last brew (the 5th), one will be asked to pick the favourite of the two and genmai will be added to that tea. p.s. that snack was a choc terrine made with sencha (not matcha) and it was fantastic
