London! We’re getting ready for the holidays with a new Festive Afternoon Tea menu, starting next Friday, Nov 23rd through Sun, Dec 30th at @dominiqueansellondon. The menu starts with savory holiday “trees” (think: a “green” tree with Scottish smoked salmon, pistachio dill crumble, and yuzu cream cheese snow; and an “almond” tree with turkey, roasted Maris Piper potatoes, and toasted rosemary sage stuffing crumble). Then our sweet “ornaments,” from a little chocolate Reindeer with spiced chocolate mousse and caramel cremeux; to a Snowman with flavors of a traditional British mince pie with macerated fruits, orange zest, cinnamon, nutmeg, and brandy. Plus, homemade warm scones with strawberry jam and clotted cream-filled golden stars, and cozy pots of tea. Beautiful job, Team London!
