Then came the chill ? then the snow ❄️ then the wind ? then the rain ☔️ It wouldn’t be NY if you don’t experience the change of a season (or two or three). One of the icons of New York is #vesuviobakery ( aka @citybakerydaily #birdbathbakery ) located on 160 Prince Street in charming SoHo. Cute little bakeshop great little treats. I have a thing for peanut butter cookies. Pretty much every bakery I stop into I always get their PB cookie if they make them. This cafe does and I of course bought one. Very peanut buttery...what I mean by that is... it must be made with lots of peanut butter. It’s moist, not dry, it was a thick cookie not thin! Very yummy VERY good! ?? I also really enjoyed their pizza tart...it’s thin (hand size tart) with flakey crust, fresh tomatoes, cheese and herbs. They have other pastries worth trying and noticed people buying their tossed salad. If you’re visiting NY soon, come by and if you’re not hungry, you can always take a pic of a NY icon ?
