The news company alleges that the White House violated reporter Jim Acosta's First and Fifth Amendment rights by revoking his press pass last week following a fiery exchange between Acosta and Trump. The lawsuit also names Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders, who tweeted a doctored video of the incident to justify the White House's decision.
