As we take this holiday in observation of Veterans Day yesterday, a sincere thank you to all veterans and active duty military who risk their own lives to keep us safe every day and for securing us the freedom to live in a country where we can say and express our opinions freely. And, equally, our gratitude goes out to all their families and the sacrifices that they make keeping their families nurtured while their partner is serving.

Some say freedom is free, but I tend to disagree. I say freedom is won through the blood of someone's son - Freedom Cadence, Bruce Springsteen

Thank you always, to my great uncle Jack and my uncle John for their service in the Navy. My father and his service in the national guard. My friends Jace and Max and their service in the military. We stand in safety and in freedom because of you and all your brothers and sisters who serve. We are a grateful nation.
