It's National Sandwich Day! Skip the boring ham and cheese and go big on this national holiday and use our Hoisin Sauce for this delicious grilled chicken sandwich recipe!

Ingredients:
coleslaw mixture (pre-made) 2 oz
chicken breast fillet 1 lb
hamburger buns 4 pcs

Seasoning:
Hoisin Sauce 6 tbsp
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp

How to make it:
In a small mixing bowl, combine Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce and mayonnaise (hoisin sauce mix). Whisk well. Refrigerate.
Marinate chicken breast with Hoisin Sauce Mix.
Serve with sesame hamburger bun, hoisin sauce mix and coleslaw, as desired.
