Kung Pao was the first Chinese dish that I learned to make in college and I love it because it’s so versatile—you can make it with shrimp, beef or tofu (or a combo) and it’s always so good! To make the sauce gluten free, I combined @Lee Kum Kee USA(李錦記) gluten-free oyster & chili garlic sauces with a little bit of @marukanvinegar rice vinegar and the flavor is awesome?" -@gffoodieoc
