?I have 5 more prefectures left to discover in Japan: Wakayama, Yamaguchi, and 3 prefctures in Shikoku - Kochi, Tokushima and Kagawa.

For Kochi, a prefecture in Shikoku that's abundant in stunning nature, I was dying to visit this natural pool so blue it's surreal - Nikobuchi (にこ渕) of Niyodo River (仁淀川), more fondly known as "Niyodo Blue", which is said to be the purest river in the entire Japan and have continuously ranked number 1 in Japan for water quality. (Swipe to see how impossibly clear and mesmerizingly azure the water is!) Apparently it is so clear you can see all the way through the bottom! A place I'd like to put on my (and yours!!) bucket list.

Can't wait to see it with my own eyes when I finally visit Kochi prefecture!
