Samsung might not be the first to market with a foldable phone. A little-known California-based company, Royole, claimed it’s created the "world's first foldable phone". Flexpai, a tablet-sized phone, can bend like a book. It offers a 7.8-inch display and you can use its “handset” mode to fold it pretty much in half to 4 inches. The smartphone has already launched in China via flash sales and is priced from $1,295.49 to $1,871.33. It’s far from a complete product, but it’s the closest thing to a smartphone that “actually” bends. You can learn more about the Flexpai, at the link in bio.
