And sometimes you need extra encouragement to keep going in life . I got through my workout . But by the end I was worn out. In life we may get worn out .. but the most important part is that you complete the race . Keep freaking going ! Push yourself . And if you can’t push yourself no more .... lean on the incredible people around you . Most importantly lean on GOD.... working out helps me stay focused overall. It’s my favorite escape from everything . So when people ask why I like it so much ? Because it’s the perfect ME time.
