So we debuted the @PBS Documentary “Dialog in Metal” Friday night in Rochester NY. Man what an emotional experience for me. For the longest time I’ve had a secret desire to do PBS style programming. Something evergreen, that will last forever. Now that it has finally happened. I felt myself get really choked up and fighting back tears during the opening credits listing those oh so familiar donors “Funding provided by John T and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation”. Then just watching a Amazing solid hour of beautifully filmed uninterrupted hard work. Ending with one of the most emotional moments I have ever been involved with on television. Albert on screen showing exactly how much metal work means to him(I feel the same). There wasn’t a dry eye in the theater. What a once in a lifetime experience. The show airs first on @wxxirochester Monday November 5th and will be going nationwide very soon. I will give a heads up when it does. #jessejames
