I’m not loving this right now... ? This wasn’t an easy post to put up so please be kind friends ?

So despite the fact that I’m 30 years old, wash my face meticulously and try and eat right and exercise I still manage to get skin like this... Every so often I get these aggressive teenage breakouts and they get me so down!! ?

Is there anything anyone recommends for this?! Anything they’ve tried and tested and could advise on using?! I want to have a grown up face please... but still act a bit like a child if that’s alright ???
