#tbt to last week in Dubai when I was carefree and reckless... when my waitress dropped off 4 gin and tonics clearly meant for another table but I polished them off anyway, when I wore make up, ate sushi, danced til dawn, wore beautiful clothes, walloped haribos at 3am and kissed @johnnoblejn lots... As sweat drips from the back of my knees at @prestigebootcamp (yip back knee sweat is a thing), as I look like a little boy and graft my arse off- it’s nice to think of last week 😂😂😂😂 In all seriousness guys, I love both weeks just as much and for different reasons! Obviously getting dressed up, spending time with John and eating nice food and drinking nice cocktails is just dreamy- but for myself great nutrition, pushing my body to its limit, becoming stronger both physically and mentally and meeting new people who inspire me on my journey for personal growth is equally important in life.
Which is why I’m a firm advocate for balance and living life to the full. You only get one after all!! 💛
