Gone are the days when matcha latte is simply milk plus average green tea or instant matcha powder plus hot water.
Matcha latte is raised to a next new level when freshly whisked matcha are poured ala minute into the fresh milk. One can choose the level of sweetness and I chose the lowest (I was still a little surprised by the first sip of sweetness as I didn’t mix well ? ) anyway this was SO GOOD.... it’s really the matcha that called the shots here and not the milk. After drinking this I don’t think I can go back to those usual matcha latte again.
