"Your not good enough" “they don’t like you” that's what my anxiety tells me every day. Most of us say that to our self daily, we all have that darkness in ourself that causes insecurity’s. We are our harshest critics. We convince our selfs of the meanest things with out any real reason. Most of us do this, most people think of anxiety or depression as sadness, but for the most part I’m a very happy person. A very happy person that assumes that nobody likes me and my 60k+ followers are conspiring to one day tell me “Your not as cool as you think you are”. A happy person that puts off answering messages or emails because I feel overwhelmed then Wonders why nobody wants to reach out and connect with me. A happy person that often feels too dumb to be a business woman or not creative enough to make art??♀️ Sounds ridiculous right? But in some shape or form 99% of people feel this. It’s a good reminder that when we feel someone or the world is against us. It often has nothing to with you but everything to do with what they're dealing within them selfs.
