LA! This SUNDAY 10/7, our 4th and final Sunday Family Supper features our Pastry Sous Chef Jennifer Oh’s (@jennifer_ver2.0) Korean family recipes. Can’t wait for this one. The menu:
- Pajun, crispy vegetable pancake with a spicy sesame mirin scallion salad
- All The Colors Japchae with marinated beef, glass noodles, carrots, spinach, woodear mushrooms, and egg in a sesame vinaigrette
- Kimchee Fried Rice, the first thing Chef Jen learned to cook, using day-old rice
- Kalbi Jim, braised short ribs with daikon, carrots, chestnuts, and an Oh Family secret soy braise
- Hodduk, a traditional street food similar to a sweet pancake, with a brown sugar and chestnut filling
