this video turned out way more cinematic than I expected ?? but we’re rolllinnn with it for this fire hot shoulder workout using ONLY plates!! I love minimalistic workouts like these, what about you guys????

dressed in @vqfit’s embrace joggers & cropped sweater in khaki ?? we love some glute flattery joggers ???

??here’s what I did:

✖️plate bench press - make sure to use a flat bench and keep your glutes glued down at all times. bring the plate down to your chest and push up to the ceiling: 3x12
⠀
✖️plate front raise into car drivers - this is going to hit your front delts so good, just remember to concentrate on form and mindfulness above strength on this one
⠀
✖️bent over plate flys - I like using an incline bench to rest my forehead to keep my form in place, but feel free to do these without one!
⠀
✖️plate lateral raise - notice the y-shape I’m making as opposed to going straight out to the sides. I just feel my lateral delts working way better this way!
