高校生の時、イタリアの音楽祭で知り合ったGloria Campaner。

私は英語もイタリア語も話せなかったけど、彼女とはクラシックを通じて仲良くなった。

あれから17年、彼女はクラシックの、私はバンドのピアニストに。

レコーディングを抜けて行った彼女の来日コンサートは最高だった。曲目は、大好きなラヴェルのピアノコンチェルト。
自分が何者なのかいつも悩んでいた頃のことを思い出した、すごくいい夜でした。

Back in my high school days, i met this amazing friend Gloria Campaner at music festival in Italy.
I did not speak Italian nor English but we became good friend through classical music.
After 17years, she became a classical pianist, I became a pianist in a band.
I slipped out of my own recording to go see her concert and it was incredible.
She played Piano concerto by Ravel.
It reminded me of the time I was lost of my own identity.
It was a great night.
