ZUCCHINI GRILLED CHEESE

INGREDIENTS:
?1 whole- shredded zucchini
?1 stalk-chopped scallions
?1-egg
? #Flavorgod - Ranch seasoning
?1/3 cup-Panko bread crumbs
?pinch of - #Flavorgod Himalayan salt and pink peppercorn

DIRECTIONS:
⚡️in a bowl, add all the above ingredients and mix well
⚡️add olive oil to pan
⚡️when hot, add 1/2 cup (one pancake) of the mixture onto the pan (depending on size of pan you may be able to make 3-4 pancakes)
⚡️brown on each side for about 4 minutes
⚡️When both sides are brown Add cheese to The middle, and melt the cheese.
