Dinner tonight: Carnitas Nachos as far as the eye can see! Adding my Chipotle Salsa (duh) and a healthy dose of guacamole (obvi) and more cheese than most people would consider normal. Vacation starts tomorrow so all bets are officially off!! Recipe is from my new cookbook! ?
